    Interesting article on how to improve your mood. I love to take a long walk with my dog when I’ve had a stressful day.
    Another great way to liven up your mood is to watch a comedy and just laugh. How about getting in touch with a loved one that you haven’t spoken with for a while. This always works.

    I used to be a really moody person. I would use music and cigarettes to regulate my emotions, but that was when I was in my early twenties and didn’t have kids or responsibilities which allowed me the “luxury” I guess, to mope around and have a bad mood. You know what I mean? People who have bad moods usually have to suck it up, take it for what it is, and let it roll off their back because it can affect how their day goes if they go around voicing to everyone what a bad mood they are in… but I guess, these are all great and mature ways of dealing with a bad mood, I especially like the have sex one. Especially make up sex! A great way to get rid of those pent of emotions 🙂 Also a great way to work out after scarfing down a pint of ice cream in a fit of tears 😀 ( hey it happens! ) I have a one year old sons so I can’t afford to have any bad mood or tantrums so instead I have to do things like you suggest, go outside and walk around, talk to my mom or eat some snacks… it usually helps to remind myself that I have a beautiful son and he is my joy and I am blessed more than any bad mood can replace.

    Hi. This is a great article that can help many people when they become upset, for whatever the reason might be. I do make it a habit to do at least 4 of the things that you’ve mentioned.

    It was quite interesting and I believe that whoever reads this article can truly help him or herself without the need for pharmaceutical medications, but using natural methods when we feel upset. Thanks.
