Hi Lisa; I enjoyed your article. I have dappled with Ayurveda in the past, but have drifted back to modern medicine mostly because my medical plan doesn’t cover it. I keep hoping that that is a policy that will change as more and more people turn to more natural forms of health care. I’m wondering if you can recommend anything for hot flashes/night sweats?
Thanks for your article. It’s got me thinking again.
